I highly recommend The life Admin society! I was struggling with the mental load and I hate the thought of organising/lists because thats another task but Steph took my word vomit to a really well managed well prioritised list, that was really easy to work through. Things that I had left undone for years she broke down the huge tasks so they were manageable, her aps are user friendly and I found her really genuine and easy to talk to.
